歌曲由澳洲製作人 Westrin James 主理，聯同新加坡音樂人 Nathan Hartono 合作作曲，並由 MAIA慶孫撰寫歌詞。整首作品以中快板節奏為基調，細膩描繪內心的掙扎與對話，傾訴著多年的壓抑及學會的和解。
